Ah!! The weather....

Hello friends !!!!!!!!!!

Even all these exclamations do not do justice to the kind of mood set around here at IITG.

I am not someone who would be inspired by the sights of a withered tree or a sunset or a lady's gait or any other poetic shit (nothing intended against all those poetic souls out there), but this weather has made me go bonkers!

Heavenly mornings, misty afternoons, dark and cloudy evenings and thunderous nights make for a tremendous mix of breeze and coolness and all that's good about mother nature.

And all this, when the rest of the country is perspiring their a**es off (evil smile!!hehe).

For once, I am really glad to be in this part of the country.

As I sit here writing this, there's lightning striking around that's making the bombings in Kashmir sound like a faint drone!

Some people find this constant downpour a pretty damp and dull affair, but hey, just wait for the Guwahati heat to get back at you, then we'll see who's complaining!

And surprisingly, the weather's so good, that I am pouring out all this cheerfulness in me while I am in midst of the ever dreadful Quantum Mechanics Tutorial.

And this bliss is being showered upon us since the past 2-3 days,

I just hope this is not something like the flame gaining strength before dying out, because with the endsems less than a week away, that can mean trouble.

It's like the forces of nature are vehemently opposing the sulky mood that usually builds up as 'the doomday' nears!

The only negative for me here is the swarming of mosquitoes, because somehow I seem to provide them a very hospitable environment to nourish themselves.

But that's a small price to pay for this delight.

This weekend was good in another sense. It seems someone up there is very happy with ManU.

All the three matches (involving ManU, Chelsea and Arsenal) have had finishes that could make one feel that there's surely something fishy going on around!

Last minute turnarounds and all going ManU's way!! But I am not complaining!

They are back into the title race, and big time!

Anyways, I never thought I'd be writing about something like weather!

But sometimes, you are just compelled to.
